Alex Naydenov started his Massage Therapy Studies in Bulgaria at Massage Therapy School Omega, Plovdiv in 2010. He had the opportunity to practice Massage Therapy in some of the most popular and best reviewed Massage Therapy Clinics in Bulgaria.

He worked as a professional yoga instructor in Sofia, Bulgaria, so he blends a yoga background with a number of therapeutic techniques from various modalities combining Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy.

After moving permanently to the USA, he decided to deepen his Massage Therapy knowledge, pursuing more education at Denver Integrative Massage School. He successfully passed 600 hours training in Healing Massage Techniques, Traditional Thai Massage Level 1, 2, and 3, basics in Myofacial Release. Alex specialized in Medical/Therapeutic and Sports Massage. He has received extensive training in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Trigger Points.
