Elizabeth Edelman – Licensed Massage Therapist
Elizabeth is passionate about the body in regards to health and movement. Her interest in the body developed through sports and fitness where her experience showed her the potential we have in maintaining or improving health through proper care of the body with massage, nutrition, sleep and movement.
“I am passionate about helping others feel better in their bodies. I do this by combining different massage modalities tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and goals.”
Elizabeth believes being healthy often requires regular maintenance with massage – whether that be massage for pain relief, wellness, stress relief, sports or prenatal conditions. Elizabeth combines her massage training and movement background to help you find wellness in your body so you can reach your health goals. By drawing on a number of massage modalities such as cupping, heat therapy, neuromuscular, prenatal and sports massage, Elizabeth will design a customized massage tailored to your specific circumstances and needs. Long-term results often take more than one session and “homework” on the part of the client – but are achievable.
Elizabeth is a licensed massage therapist and studied traditional Swedish Massage (including sports, prenatal, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release and trigger point therapy) in addition to Thai (Stretch) Massage at Denver Integrative Massage School.
